Chartbeat it's being used across the whole organization to measure and analyze our audience data in real-time. Chartbeat it's useful too for the historical analysis of our numbers.
  • Measures audience in real time
  • Highlights the most important sources and referrers
  • List the best performance content
  • Sometimes it's difficult to configure the historical data
  • More clarity about the concepts will be a help
  • Between 20-25% growth on PV's
  • At least 5 points on increase in our recirculation rate.
It is of great help to adopt editorial decisions.
The real-time is perfect, but in the historical, there is some lack of clarity and usabilities.
They are always open. And their Support page is very useful.
