Sales managers utilize Chorus.ai to listen to recorded calls of their reps so that we can coach them in a similar fashion to working in an office. This also allows for our Customer Success team to listen to calls from clients so that we can dissect any recurring issues happening across our platform or client base.

  • Reduced ramp time for new SDRs.
  • Quantifiable coaching results.
Gong.io seems to have a little more accuracy in results and records a larger majority of our calls/meetings.

Chorus.ai is a lower price for our usage.
We utilize their playlists feature to share best practices across teams and increase coaching visibility.
The team at Chorus.ai is very responsive and proactive in making sure we are happy with the product and that our questions get prompt attention.
For sales managers this is a key component to have and utilize during the transition to working from home.
