Meeting can be joined via mobile app also.

Can look for features like AI based automatic mute/unmute of participants.
Consume lesser bandwidth.
More clear visuals.

Return on Investment

Cisco Webex meetings is widely accepted and used in our organization.
It helped to keep the product milestones intact with virtual meetings.

Cisco Webex Meetings is far advanced compared to Zoom or Teams. Webex is pretty stable and consumes lesser bandwidth compared to its competitors. The Audio Video clarity provided by Webex can't be matched by others. The easiness to join/host a meeting makes Cisco Webex meetings in lead position.

Support Rating

I haven't had a chance/instance where I had to talk to Customer support team for any issues. Cisco Webex Meetings has been pretty stable in performance.

Cisco Webex Meetings is available almost all time, but there were instances where I wasn't able to connect to Webex server during meeting. So gave the rating of 8/10.

Well suited for organization-wide meetings & webinars. Cisco Webex Meetings can be used for imparting training to a wider audience with clear audio video experience. It can support up to 1000 attendees in real time. The meeting recording feature in Webex enables the organizer to save the meeting content for future reference.
