Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We are a small business with most of the team not working from a desktop computer or laptop every day. We provide luxury service of private catering and concierge services so we are always on the go. Working from a smartphone and using the ClickUp app have definitely been the most helpful things for me so far. For example I can check off payments received into our bank account without having to wait until I get home. That's one example of something that I find incredibly helpful.

- The level of UNLIMITED is a little deceiving and potentially they should remove this and go straight to BUSINESS.
- On the mobile app I want to be able to set my "home page" to my space.
- Sorting items in lists alpha-numerically doesn't always work properly.
- Faster, mobile management of payments received.
- Ability to enter client enquiries on the spot from anywhere, saving time back in the office.
- Reduced need for reporting between business partners, as everyone can see in the app of online the current state of upcoming business.
Absolutely communication between the partners. The three of us do not work together daily, and rely on this tool to be able to check our sales updates, as an example, without needing to phone or email or for a meeting!! Additionally, we use it to communicate with our teams that go out face to face with our clients on events, and they have all of the client's booking history and updated details at their fingertips, so they can deliver a superior level of service for our guests.
We are definitely working towards using the system as an all-in-one approach, but it is taking a little time with the small scale of our business, plus we implemented it right before our peak busy period. After this peak season, we intend to fully register all of our team in the system and use reminders and workflows to assist our team to be more productive and on top of all the little things that make a huge difference in customer service!
