Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

I manage several products for my organization. It was unmanageable without the opportunity to manage all my clients in different spaces and at the same time aggregate all my upcoming and pending tasks in a single space. ClickUp enabled me to do all these. It also has different views like Kanban, Gantt, etc. so I can utilize different views of the same info and take different types of decisions easily. Like my boss wants to know which stage a deal was in I can answer that in a minute at the same time I can also answer him what are my tasks today. ClickUp also lets me manage dependencies and solve problems in order. Collaboration is also easier with your colleagues.
  • It allows you to create different spaces and customize them which is very convenient when you manage different product with different sales cycle.
  • Allowing you to manage dependencies helps you to focus on the priority and avoid wasting time with task that is not immediately important.
  • Collaboration is very easy and customizable so you can collaborate the way you want to and with the people you want to.
  • I will always bring this up. ClickUp offers you to manage different spaces in different views. Find the right view that matches your task and you will achieve more.
  • Board, Calendar, Gantt, Timeline etc. are not always connected and you might have to go through unnecessary editing when switching.
  • I want a pause button for notification. Sometimes I have a task which will be withheld indefinitely.
  • It saves me hours everyday to manage my task.
  • Remote team can reduce confusion.
ClickUp improves collaboration a great deal as assigning tasks, and sharing updates and queries are very easy and convenient. ClickUp even notifies you about people who are already in your network. Additional tasks can be broken down into smaller chunks and each can be assigned to different people which is fast and productive for all team members.
It helps us to manage our daily individual tasks at the same time work with different teams to deliver the deliverables simultaneously from a single point. It reduces switching between different teams' calendars, and messaging and packs everything right at your fingertip. I could also know about my team members' engagement so there are no overlapping meetings.
ClickUp is completely cloud-based which helps to manage my work from different places. Notion offers a desktop app but I faced difficulty syncing. Microsoft Planner was very handy but it lacks features compared to ClickUp. Wrike and Todoist are more focused on to-dos and face trouble when I have to manage different team's tasks.

It is a Swiss army knife anyone can use to organize their work. The learning curve is not so difficult. Start using it. The more you use it the more you will know how to customize it for your need. Especially if you are part of a team that manages different projects then it is the best tool for collaborating and saving everyone's time.
