Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp daily for managing our projects, goals, and deadlines. As a media company, we are constantly producing new content for our clients which entails several steps. Each step is laid out and we have several custom fields to address different points of need for each teammate. Different views and connected tasks help everyone stay on task.

- Because everything is a task, it is harder to create relationships between data points like you would for a contact belonging to a company
- Very little time was spent setting up recurring tasks because of webhook access
- Made our meetings more productive

We have been able to collaborate with docs and inside of lists. Dashboards allow us all to see what each other is working as well as key metrics that we all share. Comments and live editing on all tasks is a big way for us to see if we are collaborating in real-time or async.
Automations and templates have been huge for us simplifying our processes. Their automations have allowed us to streamline the process of putting tasks into ClickUp as well as several actions that happen once a task is completed. The conditions they allow for their automation is super powerful and helps us a ton.
We love ClickUp because it is packed with features! I tested several programs and each one has certain limitations around templates, automation, and custom fields. The price is honestly one of the biggest differentiators and is very affordable for the feature set that ClickUp has. It really is a no-brainer for teams like ours.
