Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp for multiple purposes. For my own personal management (it's excellent for this due to its calendar aspects and scheduling) but also for my job management relating to client SEO needs. All SEO tasks are listed in both start-to-finish style job tasks and for repetitive weekly and/or monthly tasks. I simply work through the list for each client and tick of the tasks as they are completed. I never miss a thing.
- Task definition and completion
- Great user interface. Easy to understand.
- Multiple views that can be modified as desired. Work the way that suits you best.
- Training is great but the platform is a bit confusing
- Some notes fields only display partial information and you have to click into the field to see all the info. That can be a little frustrating.
- Helps me keep control of job progress and task completion
- Has greatly increased the speed of job completion
- Stops me from missing tasks or for forgetting repetitive tasks
- Is brilliant for client communication and job oversight.
- Since using it I've retired a number of redundant programs resulting in cost savings
I don't require a huge amount of team collaboration due to my company size but when I use it with VA's or for client communication it is a dream. Assigning of tasks and task monitoring is now so easy and I no longer have multiple spreadsheets trying to keep track of everything.
This has been one of the biggest advantages of ClickUp. The fact that is has so many useful features that you would find/need from other systems makes it both a business and personal tool that I use all day, every day. I no longer have multiple spreadsheets, I can easily see calendar and task items and I rarely miss a task or appointment like I used to.
Overall, Clickup is simply easier to use than other products I tried. The screen layouts and natural navigation of the system conforms to a style of use that is familiar to me and so the transition into the system was easy. The training is well laid out and easy to follow and it takes no time at all to get set up and running.
