You Won't Regret ClickUp!

ClickUp has been an integral part of our success as an organized company. It clarifies expectations for our team members and management team and provides support for an explanation if there is any confusion. One of my favorite functions (outside of being able to measure goals and responsibilities) is the goals section. Our team is 24/7 and it can be hard to keep everyone on the same page with our vision and progress. The goals feature gives the whole team the capability to see where we are and how they can help us achieve goals that will directly affect them. I've been recommending ClickUp to individuals and all companies no matter the size. It has been a huge success and a game-changer for our productivity and communication!

ClickUp has helped us organize all the many moving parts of our industry (pet care). Every time we find something that has been slipping through the cracks, we brainstorm the best list to add it to for the team that has the lowest workload. Using ClickUp metrics, we can see group productivity, follow up on anything that is overdue, and provide helpful communication in the comments of any larger projects. One of my favorite parts of ClickUp that I wasn't expecting is the goals section. Showing each team where we are as a company and how their work impacts the goals has proven to be extremely helpful in maintaining a team culture and communicating goals in a non-intrusive way.

Before ClickUp, we used a binder of paper training documents and SOPs and then expected each person to know what the expectations and best practices were. And then relied on each manager and each team member to do their best without giving a complete guide. ClickUp has not only become a foundation for training, but it eliminates any confusion on shift needs and recurring projects to remember. We run a complex business with a lot of moving parts so while we didn't have a great process to start with, we already know we will never find anything better. It's perfect and totally customizable!
