Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

The challenge
We were using a variety of tools to manage and collaborate on marketing projects and campaigns, including email, Word docs, spreadsheets, Miro, Smartsheet, Teams, and Slack. There was a lack of defined processes, so each team member created their own. Seequent also lacked a central line of sight into resource availability, which made smooth project management even more difficult.

How we use ClickUp
The Customer Experience team at Seequent use ClickUp to manage projects, inbound requests, proofing creative, and much, much more! It enables us to collaborate and communicate more effectively, reducing time required for meetings.

Our team's collaboration has greatly improved since implementing ClickUp. Everyone knows where to find the information they need, knows what they need to do and by when. Being able to collaborate in docs and chat in tasks is a huge plus as well.

However, the rest of our business doesn't use it. We do have guests that have access from other areas of the business and as soon as they start using it they love it!

The scalability is holding us back from bringing the whole company on board as we are a large, global business and the structure just doesn't allow us to do it yet.
ABSOLUTELY!

When someone asks where something is, before I can say it, they say back to themselves, "It's in ClickUp".

We haven't integrated it much with our other tech as we don't need to but the email integration works well for us.

It also automates needing to email someone to ask them to proof artwork or content as we have automation in ClickUp that trigger a task to a predetermined assigned person to complete in a specific period of time.
ClickUp is cleaner, easier to use, has more functionality and a deeper hierarchy. ClickUp is seamless, intuitive, and beautiful - we wouldn't have been able to achieve what we have if we were using Asana.

If you can do it in Asana, you can do it in ClickUp (and you can do more too!)

ClickUp has enabled us to reduce the number of emails we send and receive as a team which is a game changer. It also means that email threads aren't lost, people haven't dropped off comms, etc. as all the information is in ClickUp.

Project management
ClickUp makes project management a breeze. We live in ClickUp for all of our projects - we don't have to switch between different tools as they have them all (tasks, folders, docs, whiteboards). ClickUp replaces so many applications and centralises your projects.
