Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Considering that we wanted to implement agile management, ClickUp was purchased for the project management department, as it is a very flexible tool and meets this basic requirement. At the beginning, we applied ClickUp in the structuring of projects in the Delivey department, this action showed us where our main problems were with project deliveries to customers and their relative dissatisfaction. All this happened very quickly, from the creation of projects, detailing activities, Gantt schedules, responsibilities, etc. So, the first issue addressed was getting project management in order, deadlines started to be managed effectively, and there was a significant improvement in customer satisfaction. Currently, other departments in the company have started to use ClickUp such as Marketing, Finance, Pre-sales, Architecture, and we believe that it will permeate the entire company. What we like most about ClickUp is the ease and simplicity of using the features, the learning curve which is very short and especially the visualization of project information in different ways with just one click. Important benefits are: the possibility of concentrating in the project all the details and documents, which can be accessed at any time, and associating people from the team and the client to the project.
Pros
- No save concern or save button - wwe use ClickUp and everything we do is saved.

- Project Template - this is awsome feature that optimize the time need to create a project
- The time tracking is very flexible
Cons
- If you have a TASK and 10 SBUTASKS and track the time in the SUBTASKS, it will be great have the total time of all SUBTASKS at the TASK level. This could provide a consolidate report at TASK level.
- I find the show/hide closed TAKS a bit confusing when we have SUBTASKS, because the TASK is shown at the CLOSED group and the SUBTASKS in the TASK that is in progress.
- In the fiels LIST INFORMATION it could be the project information with a several fields such as Customer, Project Name, Duration, start at, End at, Project Manager Name, and other user's fields. - Important use as kind of title page in reports.
- Productivity increase by 30% to 40% at this time, we have a long way to get the most of ClickUp, but this number reflect in better relationship and colaboration inside the team and increase custmer satisfaction.
- The number of projects delivered almost doubled, which meant an increase in revenue of more than 60%.
- There was a reduction of delays in project deliveries to less than 8% of projects
As mentioned, there was a significant improvement in productivity, somewhere around 30% to 40%. But the most important point was the integration of the teams and the level of collaboration between all of them. With the ease of defining tasks and establishing the professionals who will perform the tasks and that they can work together on the same task, sharing information and resources makes a big difference in quality, consistency and deadlines.
ClickUp is the only source of information about a project, from the characterization of the demand, the project plan with all the required details, with the organizational charts and reports that serve the client, the project management and the company's managers. With this, we avoid the use of auxiliary spreadsheets to control time and costs, we avoid the use of other tools to prepare project plans (as was done before ClickUp).In addition to providing information to the financial and business areas of the company
