Great simple platform with a competitive pricing structure

We use ClickUp mainly to track the capacity of our resources (employees). We want to make sure that no one is over-worked at any given time, while also making sure we are utilizing all resources as much as we can. By creating a structure of Spaces, Regions, Projects, and Tasks we can keep everything sorted. We assign a % Allocation value to each task (like this task will take Jeremy 50% of his time for 2 weeks) and use that to make sure we are using resources effectively and efficiently. Using the Gantt and Calendar views also helps us to ensure we are prepared for what's coming in the future.

ClickUp has greatly helped us to improve communicating between different teams. We have multiple regions that use ClickUp, and they all live under the same Space. This allows the hand to see what the foot is doing, and so on, which has been very helpful. We can also use the multiple-region functionality to see if resources in one region are being under utilized, and use that to help a region that may be overworked.

We used to use Excel to track projects and resource capacity, but luckily with ClickUp we have been able to eliminate that all together. In my experience with Excel, it did not have nearly any of the features ClickUp has, and it was very difficult to have multiple collaborators work on it simultaneously.
