- Control remote desktop is very faithful to local Windows experience
- Information on remote system is very helpful
- Managing user access is intuitive
- I'd like to be able to track additional information about a remote workstation. But besides that do not change anything. Don't do it.

Faster that RDP, more comprehensive than VNC. TeamViewer might be as good. Like the pricing model better than LogMeIn.
