Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

It is being used solely by the IT department of the company for the purpose of remotely supporting users while at the office, or managing servers while out of the office.

  • Reduce high limitations on licensing
  • Could be more admin friendly
  • Still buggy on file transfers
  • Increased efficiency of technicians through support for multiple sessions
  • Efficiency gain through fast connection time and remote session speed
ScreenConnect beats out all of the competitors in terms of ease of use, ease of access, and cost.
Even though it is a newcomer to the market, it beats out more expensive competitors like TeamViewer and LogMeIn
