Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
As a systems administrator, I use it for remote access to my end users. I also allow my end users access to specific machines they would need remote access to.

- Fast connection to machines
- Easy to manage backend
- At this point, I can't think of anything about the software I would change.
- I have not yet started billing end users for use of the software, but it has crossed my mind as a potential ROI.
- I love that I can have fast, reliable access to my clients just by being in front of a browser.
- I have run into a few issues on first time installs, but a forced reinstall has always resolved it.
Due to the nature of my business, I'm taking calls, not incoming remote sessions, so all of my remotes are outgoing. Screenconnect is best suited for this. Logmein provides that option but requires more steps.
Again, price was a grace point. The other providers mentioned (and ones I reviewed) are terribly overpriced. At CWC price, I am able to absorb the cost and provide it as an added feature for my clients.
