Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
CSOD OnDemand is deployed across 95% of the company, being used as our main LMS tool. The majority of us are using it to follow the mandatory trainings but there is also an important percentage of users employing the extended solution (meaning all LO types with the ILTss). It is mainly for compliance purposes to follow mandatory and regulatory trainings.
- Platform's stability.
- Product Academy and Certification program.
- Prestige and culture - CSOD is known in the LMS industry and when deploying the system, the client has already a background about the provider.
- The variety of functions CSOD offers and product portfolio.
- 'Suggestion City' section offers clients a way to promote tool or process improvements.
- GPS and support
- Prioritizing on some features to be released
- Security roles structure
- It helps us reach local HR and compliance objectives and needs. But, I don't have much visibility on this item as these metrics are calculated at a different level.
- Access to the LMS outside the working premises (via the Mobile LearnApp)
- Use CSOD as the main LMS and centralize the training activity - linkage with Coursera, perioding uploads from other external training platforms
the decision to select cornerstone for the LMS product was taken way before I arrived in the company

It is mostly related to our complex part on Inbound and outbound feeds, custom scripts and projects we have and the maintenance part.
Some time back we have asked for a periodic review of these technical parameters and we have received what we have asked, now it's something we perform with CSOD every quarter.
