Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion

It is used to send secure and encrypted documents from one person to another, especially for documents containing sensitive information, from social security numbers to banking information, to private and personal information pertaining to each member of our organization. The program does a great job at maintaining privacy and security when using. We also have a large organization that requires a lot of dissemination and sharing of sensitive information, so it's important for us to use a platform that's capable of holding/hosting all of us.

It is easy to integrate. It is a very, very simple application to use and can be used by almost anyone. Again, because of it's simple interface, it's been easy to add new people onto the platform and teach them how to use it. No difficulty at all. Does exactly what it describes it to do, and more.
The user interface is extremely simple and easy to use. Because of this, it's been extremely easy to integrate new users onto the platform, whenever we have new people join our organization. It's very easy to use, and leads to an efficient workflow when it comes to disseminating and sharing information and sensitive documents.

It [DataMotion] is good for businesses and companies that require constant action of sending documents and sensitive material from one person to another. Would not be appropriate for small, very niche organizations that aren't really in the need of security in what is being sent. This application is for sending confidential documents and material.

Using DataMotion

100 - Well we are an Army program at a college in Boston. We use this platform in order to send and share sensitive documentation between each other, when it comes to personal information. It's important that the information in these emails are encrypted and secured from outside viewers in order to preserve privacy.
7 - We have seven instructors that are in charge of managing the platform and it's usage in our program's organization.

We are used to the platform, and so we will most likely keep using it!

Using DataMotion

It [DataMotion] is usable. There isn't really much to it. It gets the job done, and there really isn't much to improve with the application and website. Good for large organizations and businesses that constantly transmit sensitive information and documentation from one another. Maybe look into other applications if this service is too costly.
