This product provides a level of security we do not have by default in our mail system. We have tried two other products over the years and did we found data motion is more well rounded. Our goal for the next 12 mo this is to expand and merge with three other companies so we will be looking to use the same for the other entities

The user interface is extremely simple and easy to use. Because of this, it's been extremely easy to integrate new users onto the platform, whenever we have new people join our organization. It's very easy to use, and leads to an efficient workflow when it comes to disseminating and sharing information and sensitive documents.

Accounting For Security!
Clients have enjoyed it tremendously. We have included it as an option within our email signature that allows them to easily send us sensitive document/information without needing additional portal login credentials, etc. They can click the link, drop and drag the file(s) and click send. They then know when we receive the information/document and do not need to do any follow-up making sure it was sent successfully. This saves everyone time and energy that are at a premium.

Datamotion Secure Email is wonderful!

Datamotion, a worthwhile investment!
I feel that the customer experience has been hugely impacted by DataMotion, the fact that postal documents don’t need to be issued because of the system allows for information to be sent and received in minutes, whereas in the past, this would have taken days. Further to this, customers don’t have to pay to return post and can simply reply via Datamotion, reducing their costs simultaneously.

Data Motion for the Win
By far the easiest to use, and least impactful on our customers. We have had less issues with our customers after switching over to this product. With OTHER products we were getting called all the time with "I can access the link", or "I don't have a password for this".
Not all applications are due to the commodity nature of the service. Effectively many or any Direct email provider would impact our customer's experience in the same way, i.e., they can send data to us, we can send data to them.
