Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use it for shift schedule and notification for all employees. Before every week starts, we copy the schedule from last week and adjust based on actual needs and staff availability. We then release all the new shifts via SMS and email. We also use the function of unavailability, very useful. But never tried the salary payment function or timesheet function.

Easy to use with affordable cost.
It is very useful for a small business like us due to the ease of use and low cost. As QuickBooks is more integrated with point of sales system, we have to use their system for booking, payroll and report. If Deputy can manage this at a lower cost, it will be very welcome by SMEs.
