Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

It is being used by our whole business for rostering and basic HR. Our retail space uses it daily. Our catering company uses this on occasion. It’s [means we don't have to] manage rosters on Excel. It provides us with accountability on many levels including accurate shift analysis and cuts HR down dramatically.

  • Allowing us to accurately pay staff.
  • Saving a lot of time rostering. Up to 3 to 4 hours a week.

I’m not totally familiar with all the applications Deputy has or may have I still need a fair bit of training.
Deputy is great for rostering on the fly. For us to have a roster that is mobile across multiple media mediums is such a time saver. The availability tracker for staff means it’s really good to roster casuals as they are the larger proportion of our staffing this helps us manage who works when. However we really need to start utilising a lot of the HR functionality, as at this point in time it’s really just a rostering software for us and we’re not getting the best out of it.
