Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

We use docusign to get e-signatures from prospects, as well as signatures from individuals within the organization (ex. NDAs).
  • Easy to send and receive documents for signatures
  • The read receipts when someone views a document is great
  • Environmentally friendly
  • It can be difficult to walk through the first few times, the views are not particularly intuitive.
  • Some older prospects have a hard time using it.
  • Has helped dramatically when we've been in a time crunch (ex. end of quarter) and need to get deals in ASAP while decision makers are travelling or in different offices.
  • Fits in with our company's sustainability goals by saving paper.

Organizations where you are spread out across multiple offices, or where you sell to organizations where decision makers may be spread out. This makes it quick and easy to get all of the signatures that you need.
