Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
Dropbox Sign has been pivotal in our work-from-home implementation as a legal document signing agent. It allows our case managers to send documents to families to sign and return within less than a minute. The response from families is that this is one of the easiest ways they have ever been asked to sign and return forms.
- Sends every signer a copy of the signed document.
- Notifies the sender when all signers have finished signing.
- Keeps all documents ever sent/signed/completed on file forever.
- Allows you to send a reminder to a signer if they do not immediately sign a document.
- Allow senders to send documents via text to phone numbers (not everyone uses email, and they could open a link and sign directly on their phone’s web browser).
- Edit PDF documents directly in Dropbox Sign.
- Cost savings in mileage to get signatures in person.
- Turn around time in sending emails with documents or mailed documents that required signatures returned to us.
