Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use it to secure contracts for photography. The ability to have templates serves us well because we don't have to fill out everyone every time. I also like the convenience of signing documents wherever you are without having to have an appointment with someone or travel to or from another location. I like that the system automatically sends daily reminders to those who haven't signed up yet.

  • If you have a large document with multiple fields that need to be signed, initialed, or completed, it can be a long process.
  • I wish there were a way to send documents in bulk by extracting information like the recipient's name and email address through an Excel/Google sheet.
  • I wish Dropbox Sign could integrate more easily with other apps instead of just running through its own interface.
  • This has earned me an extra 22% in revenue by encouraging more services.
  • This allows me to offer payment plans instead of having to collect everything up front.

Extremely easy to use and set up. This is a great way to avoid having to use a courier service or fax machine. It's simple enough to create templates you can share with your team, and complex enough to design them for your work needs.
It's simple enough to create templates for your small business with fewer needs and complex enough to use for a large company with higher demands and more team members, management, etc. It is easy to set up templates, store frequently used forms, and of course, the simple act of getting signatures on all the required documents with the shortest amount of time spent doing it all.
I use Dropbox Sign for ease of use compared to the other products on the market. Dropbox Sign is less expensive and has a smaller learning curve than some of the other products and services available. We receive notifications quickly through email. One of my favorite features is being notified when someone completes not only a document but also the specific day and time they opened and viewed it.

I have saved so much time and frustration with this program. I like that the software allows you to use a mobile pen, and you can use it on your mobile devices, so your signature looks much better than if you did it with a mouse. I love how quickly I can send documents out for signature; it saves me so much time being able to complete paperwork electronically. The ease and quickness with that I can send a contract from a template with just a name and email address let me wait on the phone to get the signature almost immediately!
