Overall Satisfaction with Eventbrite
We used Eventbrite in our organization in our department to reach out to the public on events we were holding across the state. It helped us keep track of the amount of attendees, made them aware to the location and time of events, and let us develop relationships with the public sector.
Pros

- User friendly interface
- Excellent and professional looking design
Cons
- Non-profit version should be available for a lower cost on ticket sales
- Difficult beginner learning curve
- Not 100% customizable
- Wide audience reach
- Faster ticket sales
- Great appearance to public
Using Eventbrite
3 - We sold spots/tickets to only free events we held. We are a government organization so we didn't sell tickets to our events which made Eventbrite or first choice for ticket sales. I've recommended Eventbrite to many people since my first experience with it.
