Overall Satisfaction with Figma
Figma is a fantastic tool and has been an awesome addition to the design tools space. They brought the UX industry forward with transparency and collaboration. It is a fantastic product design tool that is flexible enough to be a one stop shop. While there are other products that do a great job at certain areas (e.g. Prototyping, illustration, collaboration, etc.) Figma does an absolutely impressive job of bringing so many elements under one umbrella. This tool is 100% the best especially considering the price point. There are plenty of tools to get designs looking fantastic and for everything Figma doesn't yet do out of the box, there is a great community making plugins and templates for you to leverage that is nicely nested in the product itself.

I'll put the competitors in rank order:
- Figma blows their competition out of the water. Clearly #1 for me.
- Sketch was too slow to get to the cloud even thought they were doing some really awesome things. They also didn't figure out collaboration, version control, and PC/Mac overlap in time either. Once we switched to Figma there really was no going back with how often they out pace Sketch in improvements and understanding the community.
- Adobe is great but it's so expensive and each tool really requires years of expertise to master. I never ended up using XD because the idea of buying all of the Creative Cloud seemed like a pain for one product that isn't even as exciting.
- Invision Studio was expensive the last time I evaluated it but I honestly haven't seen them in the space for years.

Evaluating Figma and Competitors
- Price
- Product Features
- Product Usability
- Product Reputation
- Prior Experience with the Product
Product Features combined with Price were the most important factors in our decision. There is no tool that offers as much for the price point. The cherry on top is the fantastic community surrounding Figma and the commitment to designers.
I wouldn't change my evaluation process.
