Overall Satisfaction with Folloze

We use it to build custom microsite pages for specific ABM 1:1 accounts/use cases. We attempt to create a personalized experience where content is mapped back to the customers. The business problems will vary depending on the account; however, they address either our core ticketing platform or some of our adjacency solutions which have a newer use case.
  • Ability to create customized URL / invitation links by grouping to review traffic and source.
  • Fairly easy to use and build pages.
  • Works well with your companies branding needs.
  • Ability to add a more detailed page with more content boxes.
  • Creation of pre-customized templates based on our department's needs.
  • Easier process to sync new users to Outlook.
  • Target account engagement.
  • Influence pipeline.
  • Meetings
It's a good tool to use with ease. However, it can be easier for users with more simplified instructions and more of an intuitive user interface. Unless you are an active user, Folloze is not easy to use.
Our CSM is at times hard to get a hold of and pushes off answering questions by sending the team to an on-demand webinar or playbook vs. being proactive to solve issues and meet. She could be more customer oriented.
Our company has an MSA with Folloze. However, we are pushing them to meet our needs better for each sub-department.

Yes

Folloze is suitable for 1:1 ABM. However, it can be cumbersome for the marketer. For e.g., when you upload content and want to input it into various sections, it is difficult to sort through the content pieces. It doesn't 'bucket' them, so you can easily sort them. Also, the metrics downloaded file doesn't have easy sorting capabilities so deciphering through is difficult.
