Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales

I use Freshsales to manage potential clients. Freshsales is used throughout the whole company. A lot of contacts come from advertising. The right person adds contacts to CRM. Then I call these customers and sell. Freshsales helps me in organizing large amounts of potential customers. The speed of action is the biggest advantage for me.

  • I have no complaints!
  • It is very easy for me to know which leads I have already taken care of.
Pipeline is a crude program in comparison to Freshsales.
FreshSales is suited for any situation where you need to manage a large number of leads.
