Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight PX

Very easy to integrate - admittedly I was not the one to do it! But turn around was always very quick and I was always told how easy it was to do.
I use Gainsight PX to collect in-product user feedback in order to see how users react to new products and to see how sentiment changes over time.

I only used support from Gainsight PX once and it was something very basic on an account level and not related to their product so I can't judge.
I did not select Gainsight and we recently switched some of our products to other software which give us better targeting options but are more difficult to implement.

No

While I don't think Gainsight has the same level of functionality as some other tools it is very easy to use for someone with a less technical background. It doesn't allow for the level of targeting of users that I would want.
