We record all sales calls for coaching and development purposes. I send snippets to my prospects so they can review our conversations. I pull transcripts from our calls to identify key areas.

- Sharing Snippets
- Coaching within calls & Templates for coaching.
- SSO process, always being logged out and needing to go through reauthentication
- Better dash-boarding features (I can't access or search for colleagues calls easily.
- Sometimes calls don't record.
- Faster and better sales cycles.
- More transparency in sales process.
- Better forecasting ability as everything is science based.
Yeah, it gives my manager direct feedback and data backed information about deal probability.
