Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We record all sales calls for coaching and development purposes. I send snippets to my prospects so they can review our conversations. I pull transcripts from our calls to identify key areas.

Pros

  • Transcription
  • Talk Time Percentage Calculation
  • Sharing Snippets
  • Coaching within calls & Templates for coaching.

Cons

  • SSO process, always being logged out and needing to go through reauthentication
  • Better dash-boarding features (I can't access or search for colleagues calls easily.
  • Sometimes calls don't record.
  • Faster and better sales cycles.
  • More transparency in sales process.
  • Better forecasting ability as everything is science based.
I basically wasn't trained with Gong, and I am a very skilled user.
Yeah, it gives my manager direct feedback and data backed information about deal probability.

If your company has a sales or client facing department, Gong is a must have. Its seamless integration with SFDC makes my job as a sales rep a breeze.
