Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong helped us to learn from the calls we had and the possibility to listen to them as many times as we want.
By tagging specific topics, Gong enables us to understand how frequently we hear/talk about this particular topic.
It also helps new employees to listen to calls that have already happened and learn from them.

Because the insights are still manual and if we can't notify a team with the tags or better ways to look for a word, it takes time to find it, and we can't prepare quantitative data with that so we can understand the size of the issue or the topic discussed. But in general, it helps to show qualitative data and to analyze what the clients are saying; from that, we can have a lot of insights.
Yes, Gong helps us identify when deals are closed and how often we talk about pricing; it allows us to see successful and unsuccessful conversations and learn from both cases.
Gong saves all the emails and conversation of each client in the same place, so it help us to track what happened and even to listen to the last conversation before the next meeting.
Using specific hashtags, Gong allowed us to improve our data analysis and qualitative research, so we could understand if our assumptions were correct and even find new insights from the clients. It gives us the opportunity to be more focused on the conversation itself; in addition, other teams can learn from those records, giving a lot of opportunities to improve our product.

Yes

Gong can be very helpful for Sales and CS to relisten their conversations, so they don't need to write down in the middle of the call. It also can help show the Product team specific topics the clients are saying. And for onboarding new employees, they can listen to records whenever they want and learn from them.
For now, I can't think of a scenario that is less appropriate to use.
