Overall Satisfaction with Gong

It records all video conversations. It helps me remember what happened and identify key happenings- words said/questions asked (both by myself and the other participants), etc.
  • records video meetings
  • transcribes video meetings
  • analyzes video meetings
  • some lag time
  • some weirdness logging in
  • visibility of customer service
  • getting coaching/feedbacking
  • remembering what clients said to personalize demos and later conversations
  • create recordings of how to use our product, etc.
I'd love to get trained on reports/insights as an AE. I'm not sure if my management got it or not, but I would benefit from knowing how to use it and it's not the most intuitive, requires permissions, etc.

It has helped so much with everything about my job : ) So amazing to go back and reference calls or be told where to go back and look. Fair to say there are lots of bells and whistles we're not using that are included- for better or worse, I don't know.
