Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong is used not only to re-listen and record calls, but to analyze how we are portraying our product and verbally communicated sales messaging correctly. Furthermore, we use the speech analyzation to see where we can improve in conveying our messaging or even see what we can cut out. We found we used a lot of filler words and found ways to move that out of our messaging on demos.

Gong has definitely provided many valuable insights to what 'works' in our customer conversations and what doesnt. It has been tremendously useful in helping our teams identify what to say and when and what lands with customers in a positive sense. I would recommend this product to any sales team looking to become the best they can.
It has helped us keep track of what is most commonly coming up in customer conversations and understand new technologies and practices that are relevant to our business field, but most importantly identifying what customers are asking for.
