Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
We use Google Forms across our entire organization. Our company feels like it's a good way to get (anonymous) feedback for anything, like ways to improve our business, our company culture, and just team-building activities. I think it gives people the freedom to express themselves, their thoughts, feelings, feedback, etc.
- Different answer options, whether it's open-ended, multiple-choice, fill in the blank, etc. This is nice because it gives the user different options for their responders to answer with.
- Clear Results - After you receive all your responses you can clearly and easily read the results without having to try and figure out what everything means. It's all laid out pretty simply.
- The design customization is pretty limited. All forms look the same and must look the same because there isn't much option to change things up.
- Only "text" answers are allowed - respondents aren't able to upload any pictures, videos, etc.
- We use Google Forms a lot for keeping our company culture and making sure that everyone feels appreciated. We use it on a weekly basis and share people's responses on a weekly basis as well. This has been able to allow our company to keep our culture, even though our remote work due to the pandemic.
SurveyMonkey has a lot more features to customize your form, but using Google Forms is just the easiest method because it's already connected to our Gmail accounts.
