Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

When we went to work from home, it was imperative that we looked for a VoIP provider as our analog phone system was not going to work anymore. We looked at quite a few companies but GoTo Connect really stuck out to us. It's great that they give us the ability to download it on our cell phones so no matter what, even if our laptop is tied up on another task, we have another device that we can answer it on.

The process was very straightforward. We had a representative walk me through the entire setup of the phone system and then we were offered employee training on how to use the hard and softphone. Overall it was a great experience to a daunting task and we couldn't be happier.
It's been great, especially with the dial plan editor tool. It makes adjusting the call routing super easy, for example, if someone is away or they need coverage on lunch or if there is a department that needs multiple routes. Very easy to add a new user as well and apply a soft and hard phone to that user.
GoTo Connect has always been the biggest and most reliable company in my experience. I didn't use another program but with GoTo Connect with their massive IP, I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. I knew they would be a reliable company given the overall size of the company. Not many competitors that are this size.

GoTo Connect has been great to keep our Association all connected and when the pandemic hit it provided a reliable and user friendly experience to our once legacy phone system. The built in webinar feature as well has let us setup a "coffee break" room where anyone can jump in for a quick chat on their breaks.
