Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

Go To Connect offer a very helpful and unique phone cloud system where you can manage multiple things at one admin portal.
I could easily sync my phone, call, scheduled meetings, team chats and groups all in one place.

I was using it for my calendar and and query management in a marketing company but it very useful in other different industries as well

I would really recommended this software to Business Owners and Sales people to keep themselves on top of the communication level with their sakeholders
  • Internal meeting with more than 70 participants easily without glitches
  • Multiple groups management
  • Easy file sharing and economical messaging
  • Very few people know about GoTo Connect. Good Marketing is required.
  • In my experience, email Synchronization should be there. I haven't used it if its already there
  • Integrations can be made more user friendly
  • It saves money as it offers instant messaging, Call management and reporting all in one software
  • Time saving when all things are aligned at one place
  • Alot of options to explore in the admin portal
It was easy to use and manage as we received a proper training from the implementation team. It was easy to move all the previous and current data to the dashboard and use it for targeting. It was synced with our Sales funnel and our agenda was to minimize any minor communication gap that can occur.
It was more advanced than the above software's and offer multiple features like Admin Portal and more control over management through synchronization of multiple features at one place.
The above software were only used for a limited service like video conferencing or dialing. Whereas GoTo Covered it all. It was a great experience using it so far. Would really recommend it

SME business owners and sales team members who have daily scheduled meeting and are fond of managing all the stuff from their phone. GoTo Connect is an ideal software for them.

GoTo Connect needs to attract more users on its platform so people can switch easily. If a client is not comfortable to switch from his previous software he might not move to GoTo Connect. In that scenario we would have to move to his software to progress with our communication success
