GoTo connect is very fast and reliable so we usually trust and use it for most of the communication tasks.

As i was not a part of implementation team of the GoTo connect so it was not fully fair to talk about it , but as far as i heard the implementation of the GoTo connect was very smooth. The Custmer support team has provided the great support while implementing the application

As GoTo connect provides the unified solution it gives a lot of reliability on one application only. So it saves a lot of time between switching applications for different task. As its is easy to use with all its feature it takes a presedence over other calling and messaging applications.

Alternatives Considered

Slack, Skype for Business and now part of Microsoft Teams

GoTo connect is simple to use. It supports a lot of emojis and features so it is always fun using GoTo Connect. Comparatively GoTo connect has less features than mentioned applications but this makes it fluent to use. There is no lag or any glitch so far i have faced
