Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve
I use GoTO Resolve, as we are doing a remote session in Studio that needs assistance troubleshooting their devices. It easily allows us to access a specific computer and controls remotely with ease of access. Sharing of files using the chat box removes the hassle. It helps us validate what is the other end is seeing on their computer and helps us to easily resolve the issue.

Really helps in resolving the issue with other user, and by doing so, provide good customer service.
Quick and easy to learn with minimal to no learning curve for new users. Same goes for end-users when working with clients. Easy to navigate and open several sessions allowing a single user to simultaneously remote into multiple computers. This product has been integral in troubleshooting issues for clients, updating our software solutions remotely, looking at computers specs and watching client daily operations to allow for effective communication.
