Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove with our Gmail accounts. We have it for scheduling, tracking emails, sending emails later, and email templates. It also tracks our emails within Salesforce that we use on a daily basis. It is extremely helpful when it comes to our emails because we are pretty heavy client-facing, the templates save us some time each day.

It was a little difficult setting up and getting it to sync with Salesforce and my Gmail account, but once that was done, it is very user-friendly.

It is well suited if you are emailing a lot of clients on a daily basis - heavy communication. The Groove can do schedule sends on accounts, so if you don't want something sent now, you can have it sent later and it will save it in its own separate folder. I love the tracking ability as well - makes it easy to locate emails on the software that we use. The templates are also well suited, as sending a lot of emails a day can take up time, the templates that you can pre-save help out with communication.
