I use Groove for sales outbound email campaigns, scheduling features, and G-Suite plug-in as follow-up email reminders.

- Email plug-in often disconnects and I have to refresh my Gmail
- It would be great if I can create a flow and share it with my SDR and ISR team that are also working on the outbound marketing campaigns in the same account. Right now, I can only share my template folder and not my flow.
- Sales outbound engagement via SFDC integration.
- Shared scheduling link for multiple participants availability saves time and books appointments faster.
- Most effective email campaigns can be measured and duplicated across the sales organization.

Groove is the best sales enablement tool I've ever used. The email campaigns, scheduling, and automated features are the most impactful for my role as an enterprise strategic account executive role.
