Groove is easy to understand and if there's something you don't know there is a knowledge base you can access to obtain information on how to do it. you can also have Chat support if you think is faster. Using Groove has improved the quality and quantity of emails back and forth
Is easier to use, automation tools are wider and the range of contacts to send emails is wider too.
Groove keeps a track of what happens to the email which helps to know who to reach back to, who to remove from the flow, and additional steps to follow by days
