Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove on a day to day basis to track email opens, email activity. Groove helps me understand prospect engagement with my outreach, streamline my outreach into easy to understand workflows.
- integrate with Salesforce, linkedin
- quickly logs to the right person when I am sending an email out of my gmail
- sending mass emails
- the interface for flows can be annoying. I wish it was a drag and drop type interface where I could easily move prospects in and out of flows, and steps.

- I love the Groove extension, and how it allows me to quickly look at if any emails have been opened by a certain Salesforce contact (as opposed to switching to my Gmail, looking up the email there)
- less time spent sending emails
- less time spent worrying about follow up
