Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Email is considered the bread and butter in the line of our work. Thus, it is very important for us to monitor and secure the details that we put into it. As customer sales representatives, we call different customers or partners to ask them if they can join us. Groove helped us to monitor and see if our clients were able to see, read, and check the links that we sent them. It also gives us an idea of when and where they read our emails to them. Thus, gives us a hint of when can we send follow-up emails and makes our communication pretty easy.

I would say email in particular. Part of our work line is to send emails to our pertaining clients. We contact hundreds of emails every day trying to reach customers that we cant contact. Groove helps me to organize and remember things that is already been taking too long to respond to.
