Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove helps me a lot to monitor my email activity, and also it helps me to save more time at my work since some of our client or customer is not available to communicate thru call wo using Groove and email we can notify if our client is already view or open our email for them.

Because we have always used Groove as a part of our job, and also Groove helps us to monitor our sales and communicate with our clients without calling them. Also, using Groove keeps notifying us if the customer or our client has already viewed our email for them, so that's why I gave it 10.
For me using Groove for almost two years has been a great experience because it really gives us a lot of time to do our tasks without calling our clients. We can still like communicate without calling them using Groove. We can notify time to time if the client already viewed our email.

I will always recommend Groove as one of the good applications if we can communicate with our client, and also helps me to monitor my sales. Since some of the client or customer is not always available to answer their phone calls using Groove, we can still have sales without calling them.
