Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Across entire organization in conjunction with our own data warehouse. Allows for easy creation of reports and pulling of data without resourcing from engineering.
  • Self-serve.
  • Custom definition creation.
  • On-demand reports.
  • Clean UI.
  • Been loading more slowly.
  • Sometimes limiting with how data can be visualized.
  • Improved conversion rates after identifying dropoffs.
It is usable and has improved in certain areas.
Seems to be loading more slowly recently (main dashboard). Live view uses up a lot of resources.
Heap is a lot easier to get started on and requires no querying knowledge.
