Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

Hootsuite is used by our marketing department to manage our social media channels and listen to conversations that are taking place on social. Hootsuite is a core part of our social strategy. It allows us to plan out content and send it off to various social profiles with a click of a button.

Hootsuite ROI and Support

Getting time back was very important to us. Hootsuite allowed us to save time by scheduling posts all in one place, which allowed us to focus on other marketing activities.
We did not use Hootsuite for customer service because we don't typically get a lot of direct messages on social media, but it was nice to have.
