Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot has been a very thorough way for our company to keep track of our contacts and deals in a way that makes it easy for us to all stay on the same page. Individual clients are easily matched with the salesman they had previously worked with based on any piece of information, ensuring continuity throughout the purchase. Because of this, a large portion of my customers is able to pick up where we left off, making them feel more comfortable that we are here to provide individual service, rather than being just another number in the hat.
- Easy contact organization.
- Intelligent deal stage monitoring.
- Organized and effective follow up.
- Pages can load incorrectly.
- Easy to forget to save contact info changes.
- Filters can glitch sometimes.
- Helps ensure deal accuracy, raising closing rates.
- Ensures proper follow up, raising closing rates.
- Allows user to focus on obtaining new clients while current are being managed.
This is something that is a little over my head, but from what I can see, it makes it quite a bit more seamless. The marketing teams are able to target an audience in a very effective way, which brings them in to our sales pipeline as prospects, or clients ready to buy.
Hubspot offers a large variety of ways to keep your contacts and prospects organized, and managed. Vin solutions its also a CRM, but from my use, seems more "inventory" driven, where as Hubspot seems more customer/contact driven. This makes it much easier to complete my deals, and be an effective salesman.
