Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot has been a very thorough way for our company to keep track of our contacts and deals in a way that makes it easy for us to all stay on the same page. Individual clients are easily matched with the salesman they had previously worked with based on any piece of information, ensuring continuity throughout the purchase. Because of this, a large portion of my customers is able to pick up where we left off, making them feel more comfortable that we are here to provide individual service, rather than being just another number in the hat.

I would say its much better. Ive used another one before and this is better. Hubspot has a LOT to learn and can be quite daunting at first. Once you start to get the hang of it and use it more, it becomes much easier, and quite a useful tool.
Hubspot offers a large variety of ways to keep your contacts and prospects organized, and managed. Vin solutions its also a CRM, but from my use, seems more "inventory" driven, where as Hubspot seems more customer/contact driven. This makes it much easier to complete my deals, and be an effective salesman.

I've used quite different CRMs before. HubSpot definitely makes it easy to keep your contacts organized and link them with deals. The deal section helps me as a salesman keep track of what stage my clients are in the buying process. This takes a lot off my back as far as relying on memory with 100s of clients.
