Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot is marketing automation at its best along with one of the most credible online learning platforms for various topics related to digital marketing. The ecosystem of on-demand learning is how we got introduced to Hubspot first and still use it for our training purposes. We have learnt CRM from Hubspot and it goes hand in hand with learning the principles which are vital to get the best out of any CRM setup.
  • Marketing automation use cases are extensive and they stay ahead of the rest with innovation
  • Learning resources are extensive and quite crisp for a working professional
  • CRM layout is easy to use and makes it easier to train new users to make the most of it
  • Scaling up is good and their 1-on-1 client onboarding program is really unique
  • Pricing plans can be added which are based on usage which fall in between the Starter & The Professional Plans
  • Webite templates are good but not the best in terms of evolving customisable templates. Extending the templates/objects library can help modifications without coding.
  • Solution ecosystem in terms of features need to be more self sufficient in lower packages as well which can be restrcited by usage count or contacts. This would help a richer experience for small business owners.
  • Valuable resources have helped us scale our team in all aspects of online marketing.
  • Helped us benchmark ourselves with our marketing processes and build our brand as a marketing agency
  • With extensive use cases and depth of application and integrations, it is definitely the go to CRM, when budget is not a concern or if the client is already on Hubspot.
They have pioneered simple layout of the screens across Hubspot. The extensive availability of documentation helps with the use cases of how to best use the CRM to get the desired end outcomes. Hubspot CRM has one of the largest number of possible integrations available when compared to other CRM software alternatives which helps the setup without changing too many apps in the existing business apps architecture.
Ease of search on resources and their abundance has helped with smoother adoption of the Hubspot CRM. In the right plan, the features are far more integrated and light weight to setup and execute. When choosing a CRM product is it important to choose one which has the vision to bring innovative changes to it in the coming years.

Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Facebook Business Manager (formerly Pages Manager), Adobe PhotoShop, Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Meet, Zoom, Powtoon, Canva
Hubspot CRM is best suited when the CMS is used to build the project's website as well. A package of professional plan is where one gets to benefit from the Hubspot edge that it is so proud of. Medium to large industries find it attractive in this proce point and I would recommend them to test this out while comparing with other alternatives like Salesforce.
