Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Within the sales function of HubSpot CRM, we effectively use it to monitor and track important documents within our sales process including collateral, methodology documentation, and/or proposals. By having individual-level visibility into who's opening, clicking, and reading our material, we have better intelligence on who we can follow up with, when we do it, and what we say. This type of data-rich informed follow-up has allowed us to accelerate our deal flow pipeline, decrease the average sales cycle, and improve the overall experience for both internal and external teams.
- Tracking of documents.
- Reporting on individual responsiveness.
- Visibility into what items create more questions and/or feedback.
- Would be great to use a single link for one document versus having to create unique ones for every new prospect.
- Would be great to see how we can get visibility for tracking links such as YouTube videos, etc., not just file tracking.
- Increase in sales velocity.
- Decrease in average sales cycle.
- Increase in customer satisfaction.
