Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot helps us stay organized and keep track of all of our revenue analytics. The tasks feature is extremely helpful and I use it all day every day. I love the customization options when it comes to creating charts and graphs to see our analytics. Our old CRM didn't allow us to send/track emails, so that is another helpful feature of HubSpot.

Before using HubSpot we used Copper. Copper was alright, but HubSpot blows them out of the water. Email tracking is one of my favorite features of HubSpot. The tasks are extremely easy to use and being able to review call outcomes makes my job much easier. I also like that calls are recorded directly in HubSpot.
I was not the person who made the decision to purchase HubSpot, but I am glad that we did. HubSpot is much more user-friendly and has much more functionality. Things that HubSpot has that Copper did not are: Recording Calls in the App, Recording Call Outcomes, Email Tracking, More Advanced Reporting Features.

HubSpot is very well suited for my position, a sales development rep. I spend all day in Hubspot adding new contacts, creating tasks, and viewing our analytics. I can not think of times when using HubSpot would not be appropriate in my day-to-day job responsibilities. I do wish that the tasks would let me start in the middle and not bump me back to the first task after starting somewhere that isn't the first task.
