Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot helps us stay organized and keep track of all of our revenue analytics. The tasks feature is extremely helpful and I use it all day every day. I love the customization options when it comes to creating charts and graphs to see our analytics. Our old CRM didn't allow us to send/track emails, so that is another helpful feature of HubSpot.

Sales and Marketing now have complete transparency into what each side is doing. HubSpot allows both teams to stay organized, as well as gain insight into what each other are doing currently, and what each side will be doing in the future. It is easy for our sales team to find marketing content within HubSpot.
I was not the person who made the decision to purchase HubSpot, but I am glad that we did. HubSpot is much more user-friendly and has much more functionality. Things that HubSpot has that Copper did not are: Recording Calls in the App, Recording Call Outcomes, Email Tracking, More Advanced Reporting Features.
