Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot offers a free version and a paid version. It is scalable as your business grows, which is the best part of the CRM platform. Thus, if you are just starting out, opt for the free tier. However, as your business grows, you can pay extra to enjoy even more powerful features. You only pay for additional revenue-generating sales seats when HubSpot includes all its features in its advertised price. Having free seats is beneficial for teams that only need to see the business, for example, reporting, but not use the tools themselves. Additional marketing and sales tools can also be purchased to strengthen your platform. You still get HubSpot CRM access if you purchase any or all of the hubs (marketing, sales, service, and CMS). This means that you can adapt quickly, align your teams, and achieve adoption like never before with these hubs. Additionally, HubSpot's built-in tools, reporting, and integrations make it easy to gather insight and connect with customers faster.
  • Connecting your inbox to the CRM makes it possible for you to send emails from individual contact records and it unlocks a host of other features, including automatic logging of email replies.
  • HubSpot will automatically remove duplicate contacts from your list, which is another thing you don’t have to worry about.
  • Change the language, currency, and region settings to suit your preferences. The little things make the difference.
  • A campaign management feature in your enterprise CRM will provide you with rich analytics so you and your team can see the results of previous campaigns - this should be free.
  • The amount of emails you can send is directly related to how many contacts you have. If you send a lot of them per month, you will need to increase your contact list to twice of what you have, just to be able to send more marketing campaigns.
  • The learning curve is quick which makes achieving buy-in easier as, within minutes, you can have relevant teams set up with the dashboard they need to use.
  • HubSpot continues to evolve and is now in a position to offer over 100 options when it comes to integrating the platform with apps and web services. Ranging from free to specific team apps, there's a whole host of integrations you can check out on the marketplace.
The great thing about HubSpot is that its CRM comes with any purchase. As a result, when you purchase the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CMS Hub, the CRM is included as well. Imagine the time and effort that goes into training and getting everyone on board. Generally, SugarCRM's response time for Professional Users is four hours, and this is only improved if you upgrade to a higher-priced subscription. Setting up Salesforce can take several months. Despite it seeming like a safe wager at first, you may end up trading short-term gain for long-term pain. Complex platforms can slow you down. HubSpot doesn't require you to use a developer to make tasks work, for example. Everyone on the team has access to the information they need to be in control of.
HubSpot is a CRM platform that provides all of its features within a single system - a single source of truth for businesses looking to deepen their relationships with their customers.

  • In contrast, Marketo struggles in usability. Their tools are powerful, yes, but it often comes at the expense of the user experience. This means you may end up needing to hire a specialised and certified admin - leaving the rest of your team in the dark.
  • The SugarCRM support team’s response time for Professional Users is an average of four hours and this is only improved if you pay for higher-priced subscriptions.

Here at Digital 22, we’re a little biased. HubSpot is our go-to, our bread-and-butter, our ride-or-die. As you can tell, we’re pretty hyped on the platform - so here’s what it is. HubSpot CRM is a free-to-use CRM tool. You can manage your pipeline with complete visibility, log sales activity and segment leads all in one place. Plus, you can also get marketing, sales, and customer service tools as well. Did we mention it’s completely free? And you can begin to use subscription models for further services if you find it’s the right platform for you.
