Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It addresses the problem of sending out bulk emails to prospects in our industry as well as organizing the sequences and workflows that these people are set into to correctly get them the most critical information. Everything seems to flow in an efficient manner, making all of our employees' lives easier.

  • Ways to create folders for a specific person and their sequences, it's quite a mess right now with five people writing and making folders for sequences.

HubSpot is a great service for our company. There are just more technical companies like reply.io that are starting to offer more important features, like deliverability tests for emails, automatic replies, and AI-generated sales emails that take much more of my busy work off the table.
With HubSpot, we have been able to easily integrate both the sales and marketing teams' efforts by creating synergistic workflows that take a potential client through a journey of content. I don't have to worry much about the process as we put in the work up front to make sure things work correctly. It works very well for what it is.
I had no choice is the selection of using HubSpot. I would prefer Reply.ai over this service. HubSpot needs to jump on the open.ai train or they are going to loose foothold in this market quickly.

Well suited for a team of salespeople that need to reach a large base of people in an efficient manner. Not well suited for companies that focus on more of the calling aspect. Reply.io is going to replace HubSpot soon as they offer many more features that benefit businesses. They just need more time to ramp up other features.
