Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It addresses the problem of sending out bulk emails to prospects in our industry as well as organizing the sequences and workflows that these people are set into to correctly get them the most critical information. Everything seems to flow in an efficient manner, making all of our employees' lives easier.

- Bounced emails not being marked as bad data.
- Ways to create folders for a specific person and their sequences, it's quite a mess right now with five people writing and making folders for sequences.
- Visibility for meetings.
- Cost savings.
- Less hassles.
With HubSpot, we have been able to easily integrate both the sales and marketing teams' efforts by creating synergistic workflows that take a potential client through a journey of content. I don't have to worry much about the process as we put in the work up front to make sure things work correctly. It works very well for what it is.
